  As a Relationship Case Manager at Ash Brokerage, this position serves as a liaison between high producing agents/brokers and insurance carriers to expedite the application and issue process for life insurance applications. -Monitors progress of cases, facilitates the procurement of outstanding requirements, and provides ongoing status to agent/broker. Reviews related medical information and identifies issues that may obstruct issuance of the policy as applied for, and develops creative solutions, presenting agents with alternatives. -Identifies issues which may impede issuance of the policy. Based on assessment and on knowledge of practices of individual carriers, contacts internal and/or carrier Underwriting staff to confirm validity of issues. -Compares medical information contained in agent's application to that recorded in medical records/ requirements; identifies and investigates obvious discrepancies and obtains further documentation as necessary. -Through regular contact with agents and underwriters, establishes and maintains rapport to enhance working relationships. -Capitalizes on opportunities to educate agents on various product offerings and the benefits of doing business with Ash -Responds to agent requests for quotes by gathering and assessing client-specific needs and recommending best product for given circumstances. -May create illustrations for agent consideration, or may seek input or refer request to Marketing Specialist.I’m proud to be a part of Ash Brokerage’s team of more than 300 people who make a difference for financial professionals and their clients each day.
