Working with the Management team to bring a new product to market. ITRS has an astounding product offering which is held in high regard by all of its users. Providing enterprise monitoring and management software to the financial services market, we had most of the tier 1 investment banks as our clients. Having managed accounts such as JPMC, Bar Cap, HSBC, BAML, Newedge, Credit Suisse, UBS, Deutsche Bank, RBS, RBC, Commerzbank, Thomson Reuters, BBG and more, I gained a firm grasp of the front office trading technologies and applications within the many of the large financial organisations.The extensive set of skills I learnt included, product presentations (ROI, business benefits and technical); RFI/RFP responses; evaluations & proof of concepts; seminars and exhibitions; supporting channel partners and regional technical account management teams.

You can never learn as much as you learn in a small startup.Starting as a software developer, I specialized in designing high performance and precision algorithms for AgenaRisk. Specialising in Bayesian Inference and Monte Carlo Simulation, Agena’s Java-based decision support system spanned multiple industry verticals.Working on a range of bespoke decision support projects for companies such as QinetiQ, DSTL, Philips, ABSA and Royal Bank of Canada. Working in a start-up, my role covered the whole software development process from requirements elicitation, requirements analysis, design and implementation through to testing, deployment and user training. In addition to this, as the Project Manager on a selection of customer projects, my duties include planning, scheduling, managing requirements and customer relationship management.An amazing education that set the grounding and forever grateful to Norman Fenton and Martin Neil for the opportunity.
