The main key responsabilities:-Statutory and Consolidated Financial Statement Close Process under ITA, IAS/IFRS and US GAAP; -Corporate Governance; -Internal Auditing (knowledge in dlg 231/262);-Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement analysis and related disclosures and reporting; -Business Process Analysis;- Performance and Budgeting Analysis;Industries: oil&gas, large distribution, pharmaceutical and entertainment.
