Responsible for SAP APO - reimplementation and support post goliveResponsibilities include the following:- • To take MRP Run simulation and regular on draft and firm production plan released within stipulated time.• Capacity planning for in-house manufactured parts.• Maintain/update/create Master data for MRP and SAP SCM 2007 related. • Have already implemented SAP APO 2007 project as per business guidelines and is now responsible for fortnightly SNP run and its Master data maintenance in DP & SNP module as well as Regular MRP & Simulation MRP (For Gross material requirements) in SAP ERP (ECC 6.0).

Responsible for SAP APO implmentation and post golive support for Logan Product Portfolio.•Responsibilities included Production planning for domestic at national level as well as Exports of LOGAN Cars (Optimizer Run & CIF issues) for a period of 1 year & 5 months.1) Analysis of Demand after it is frozen by Sales Department.2) Check for required master data. If not maintain properly communicate to associate departments (SCM &CKD) to maintain & update master/ transaction data (i.e. Schedule lines, Purchase orders, ASN i.e. advanced shipment notification, lead time etc) accordingly in the system.3) Talking to PPDS (production planning and detailed scheduling) planner to take backlog Run for pending orders.4) After S&OP (Sales & Operation planning) meeting analyzing and understanding Business requirements and devising production strategy for the planning horizon.5) Make changes in master data as per strategy and to take Optimizer run i.e. to generate Optimize Production Plan as per strategy for the planning horizon.6) After Optimizer run to analyze whether the system generated plan is inline with production Strategy and explain it to DGM production Planner for his consent before freezing the plan for actual Production.7) Whenever any new product (SKU) is introduced also updating master data in SNP/PPDS Module of SAP SCM 4.0 also in SAP R3 4.7 (i.e Creation of Routing, maintenance of MRP views, creation of production versions in SAP R3 4.7 & ECC). Also data consistency checks between two servers (SCM production and SAP R3 production) through CCR. In short overall Weekly Production Planning run , shortage analysis after every planning run, SNP module related Master data maintenance, Daily Log analysis & monitoring of CIF Jobs. Daily issue resolving related to CCR. Another responsibility included making Midterm Production Plan on the basis of Business plan release by Marketing for CKD ordering /procurement.  
