• Network deployment and performance engineering project to deploy, fine tune, optimize, and troubleshoot to meet UMTS KPIs for monitoring the network.• Optimizing radio frequencies for use and re-use, detection of radio problems, Identifying interference, additional capacity requirements.• Performed Site Functionality Test (SFT) using TEMS Investigation for 300 sites to ensure all the functions like Voice, Video, R-99 data and IRAT Handovers are working perfectly.• Carry out 3G Drive Test and analysis of log files and suggest Antenna Tilt, Antenna reorientation for quality and coverage issues.• Carrying out Clusters Drives using 3G, 2G and scanner equipments together for the network performance of the confined cluster.• Drive test files analysis to identify and rectify performance shortfalls of the radio environment. Recommend parameter and system changes to meet system performance objectives• Identifying interference and areas requiring additional capacity and parameter adjustments, also insuring that new sites are smoothly integrated into the network, Hot spot detection, Testing and giving permission for activation of the new sites.• Diagnose all RF related problems such as Interference, call quality, Drop calls, HO failure, Missing neighbours, and Cross feeder detection.• Checking coverage objectives for a sufficient signal strength, sufficient overlaps for proper handoff and least interference to other cells.. • Scanning the frequencies in idle mode for interfering frequencies in sector to sector or in serving cell or neighbour cell. Prepare site investigation and testing reports.
