I was handled all the front-end operations of the branch. Key Responsibilities are:- • Managing day to day retail branch banking operation activities such as cash and non-cash work, lobby management, Customer queries etc.• Handling savings and current account opening foms/FD/RD/etc. forms, ensuring KYC norms and conducting all due diligence.• Solving customer requests like issue of Debit Card, Internet/Mobile/SMS/Phone Banking registration• Ensuring smooth Branch operations and Audit compliance and keep updates of RBI guidelines and circulars.• Generate business through cross-selling of - current and savings accounts, Fixed and Recurring Deposits, General and Life Insurance, Mutual Funds etc.• Review and keeping of all critical reports at end of the day and subsequent reporting to the branch manager.• Directly addressing Customer queries and complaints and ensuring quality customer service is delivered • Processing of transactions like Funds transfer, RTGS, NEFT.• Responsible for Operational work like CBDT Tax challan processing.• Responsible for processing customer instructions like Account Closures, Stop Payments, Duplicate Debit Card pin requests, Net Banking passwords, insta-alerts, KYC updations etc of the branch.• Responsible for salary Reconciliation, account payables and receivables.• Managing Vendor payments which include processing of vendor bills through vendor bill management system.• Responsible for Processing of Outward Clearing, Maintenance of Cheque registers likes Outstation Cheque registers & processing of FCY Cheques.• Responsible for training of the new resources in the support staff.

• Technical lead experience in mentoring 4 members in a Team.• Managing Wholesale Banking Activities.• Opening SCF & Escrow A/c of Corporate Companies.• Creation of Fixed Deposit A/c & Current A/c of Corporate Companies.• Liquidate of FD on maturity and Premature and renew of FD.• Performing the A/C closure.• A/c Conversion from RO A/c to NRO A/c or NRE A/c • Signature Updating & Deleting of existing Customer, adding new A/c Holder in an Existing A/c.• Processing Deceased A/c cases & Issuing Pay Orders (PO) for Deceased settlement cases.• Dormant A/c Activation Process.• Processing Corporate Salaries.• Performing RTGS & NEFT Transaction.• Processing the Corporates Employee A/c under Employee Banking Segment.• Preparing MIS Reports & Account Enquiry.

• Technical lead experience in mentoring 5 members in a Team.• Fund Transfer from HDFC Bank A/C to HDFC Bank A/C (Inward Clearing).• Posting of Clearing Cheques.• Preparing MIS Reports & Account Enquiry.• ECS & Standing Instruction Processing.• MIS Preparation & Business Analysis on Daily / Monthly basis Reports as desired.• File Processing of AUTO LOANS within the defined TAT as per the policy.• Disbursal process to be undertaken in co-ordination with Credit/RIC/Sales Department for information validation
