Good experience in End to End Recruitment for PAN India in automobile industry.• Interact and understand the requirements and job specifications from clients for respective job opening.• Sourcing, Screening and Validation of resumes on a variety of skill sets across automobile industry through Job portals, Head Hunting, Mapping, References & Networking.• Identify suitable candidates for the requirement through telephonic interview.• Make sure that the candidate is willing to relocate if needed.• Scheduling interviews by coordinating with both the Clients and the candidate.• Giving feedback to the candidate on time.• Proper co-ordination with HR Managers & candidates till the offer letters are rolled out.• Preparation of Salary Breakup and offer negotiation with client and candidate.• Follow up with the candidate till he/she joins the company.• Maintaining a systematic and comprehensive database of all candidates.• Maintaining Database for all set of requirements. • Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports on recruitment.• Taking care of joining formalities and inductions to the candidates.• Making sure of achieving the quarterly/half yearly/yearly targets.• Maintaining good relationship with candidates and Clients.
