With a master's degree in Development from the prestigious Azim Premji University, Bengaluru, specializing in Environmental Health Epidemiology, Social Research, and Program Planning, Manisha has developed a robust skill set that spans across qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.Manisha's professional journey includes significant roles ranging from Rural Development in Chhattisgarh while working at PRADAN, where she immersed herself in local tribal communities, leveraging participatory processes to develop a shared understanding of complex social and economic issues.At Sambodhi, she contributed to projects assessing nutritional outcomes and foodplate mapping in rural Gujarat, have honed her analytical and research skills.Her work involves rigorous research protocol writing, tool development, data monitoring, and qualitative interviews. She has undertaken & spearheaded key projects such as the Monitoring Learning and Evaluation for India SRHR choices with the Children Investment Fund Foundation, and an assessment of Mission Parivar Vikas by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.An effective communicator, Manisha has co-authored publications on diverse topics such as contraceptive choices and women's conditions in India.
