Manish is also well known for his Strong Strategy Implementation skills blended with excellence in Governance. In his Past role as the Chief Solutions Officer, Verticals, he was responsible for building domain-led solutions and IP for specific industry verticals at Tech M. He also headed the Consulting & Enterprise Solutions at Tech M, building capabilities and competencies across a host of technologies and functional areas that are outside the Enterprise Resource Planning domain.Manish also was part of the Management Council at Tech M.In the erstwhile Mahindra Satyam, he was the Head of Delivery for Europe and ROW taking responsibility for delivering over 40% of company revenue.Manish was the Global Head of US$ 450 M of SAP and Testing Business at Satyam serving over Global Fortune 1000 companies and managing a delivery team of over 8500 Consultants. He has been instrumental in creating a market leadership for both SAP and Testing Practice globally.Over the years Manish has successfully provided Strategic, Operational and Fiscal leadership in uniquely challenging situations in fast paced IT organizations.Manish joined the company in 1997. During his First 13-year association with the company, he had provided global leadership as the Business Unit Head to multiple verticals and horizontals, namely Manufacturing, Auto, SAP, Testing, ADMS and Engineering Services.For a brief period between July 2010 and June 2011, Manish worked with Patni as Chief Delivery Officer - Application Services. He re-joined the erstwhile Mahindra Satyam in July 2011.Manish has established a track record for building successful businesses, taking them from humble beginnings to transforming them as strong contenders.
