With over eight years of experience in the tool and die industry, I am currently the General Manager at DessineR, a company that provides innovative and customized tool room and manufacturing solutions to clients across various sectors. In this role, I oversee the entire operations, from design and development to production and quality control, using advanced software such as SOLIDWORKS and Geomagic. I also manage a team of skilled and experienced tool makers, engineers, and technicians, ensuring their professional growth and development. Prior to joining DessineR, I was the Tool Room Manager at Goa Sintered Product Pvt. Ltd., where I was responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the tool room activities, as well as maintaining the safety and efficiency standards. I also have a strong background in tool and die making, having worked with reputed companies such as Rebello International and Danieli. Throughout my career, I have developed and honed my competencies in tool design, fabrication, repair, and maintenance, as well as in CNC programming, machining, and inspection. I am passionate about delivering high-quality and cost-effective solutions to meet the diverse and dynamic needs of the customers, and I constantly seek to learn new skills and technologies to enhance my performance and productivity. I am also committed to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work culture, where everyone can contribute their ideas, perspectives, and talents to achieve the common goals and vision of the organization.
