Currently working as Associate Director Data Solution Architect at Kyndryl Solution India Pvt Ltd.As part of spin-off from IBM to Kyndryl on 1st November 2021, I got involved in Enterprise Solution Architect for the Global HR application portfolio. Worked with Bain consulting company to strategize 139 Global HRIT applications which got transition from IBM to Kyndryl. With my expertise and domain knowledge , i recommended to streamline application to the Strategic Enterprise application solution. Brought down 139 application to 10 strategic enterprise application. I am involved in various TSA (Transition Service Agreement) project for the smooth transition.Kyndryl went live as separate entity in Workday. I was given an opportunity to setup Workday Center Of Excellence Tier 2 support and manage the workday operations. As a Workday CoE program manager I have recruited 20 resources for supporting AP, Europe , US and Latin America time zones.I trained the team on Workday End to End Business Process and collaborated with Integration development to provide KT session for Global and Local integrations. Manage steady state changes as well as new releases.Apart from the workday operations, i got involved in payroll S4Hana project. The project is integrate to payroll General Ledger posting to S4HANA finance system.Successfully implemented S4HANA integration for 65 payroll countries with various payroll service providers.Successfully implemented ADP Payroll Admin Console for 26 countries. This project was to exit SAP GUI provided by IBM to ADP web based solution PAC.Manage the TSA exit project for Cross Border Travel Assessment tool which is supports Global Mobility process.Manage the TSA exist project for Dined Party List application (a third party application) implementation. Manager the TSA exist project for the Global Payroll Interface Handler an IBM middleware tool. To sunset and move to kyndryl strategic middleware solution.

Transition the Ongoing support team from China to India. Built RPA delivery team in India and Budapest. The team is diverse with 11 female employees and 5 male employees (mix culture and race, like employees from European culture, New Joinees from other companies, graduate hires, interns).RPA on going support team maintain and supports 180 robots. The robots supports payroll, compensation, benefits, accounting business process. The robots are interfaced with workday, SAP HRMS, ADP Payroll and other payroll systems.Roles and ResponsibilitiesAs the TO and OGS lead, I have responsibility to secure the application, approve the access to the application, review and approve CRs and conduct quarterly compliance review of the application and deliver new robots.Regular cadence call with the business team, update the stake holder with incident report and CR delivery plans. Also get feedback from the client for any improvements for the team.Weekly call with program executive to give an update on the production support and project status. Daily stand-up call with team to get the incident and CR status, retrospective meetings after every iteration. Recognize and appreciate the team who contributed best.Encourage the team showcase their ideas and innovation to other team members and squad.

As Integration Lead Architect for Workday project. I was responsible of integrating upstream and downstream applications with Workday in compliance with IBM Enterprise Architecture Standards. I managed the team of 12 BAs. Worked closely with Business stake holder and workday integration consultants. Successfully implemented 300+ integrations both global and local covering North America, Canada, Latin America , EMEA , AP region. The integration comprises of Web API, CCW, EIB, Studio & Connectors ( Kennexa- ATS and ADP connector). Worked with various third part vendors for integrating benefits and payroll. AON for the Global benefits and ADP being major partner for the payroll process. Sound functional knowledge on the Workday Core HCM , Compensation, Advance Comp, Time and Absence, Benefits and Payroll. Good knowledge on PECI/PICOF integration and implement with vendor payroll system. I lead a team of 12 members spread across US, Brazil, India, and China. As an integration lead my key role is to manage SAP integrated with partner systems (both in-house and outsource), dealing with stake holders from business, development team and out-sourced Vendors.The integration covered HR Onboarding, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time management and Organization Management.The big mile stones were working with vendor system for Benefits, payroll and Time management process.
