With my expertise and domain knowledge , i recommended to streamline application to the Strategic Enterprise application solution. Brought down 139 application to 10 strategic enterprise application. I am involved in various TSA (Transition Service Agreement) project for the smooth transition.Kyndryl went live as separate entity in Workday. I was given an opportunity to setup Workday Center Of Excellence Tier 2 support and manage the workday operations. As a Workday CoE program manager I have recruited 20 resources for supporting AP, Europe , US and Latin America time zones.I trained the team on Workday End to End Business Process and collaborated with Integration development to provide KT session for Global and Local integrations. Manage steady state changes as well as new releases.Apart from the workday operations, i got involved in payroll S4Hana project. The project is integrate to payroll General Ledger posting to S4HANA finance system.Successfully implemented S4HANA integration for 65 payroll countries with various payroll service providers.Successfully implemented ADP Payroll Admin Console for 26 countries. This project was to exit SAP GUI provided by IBM to ADP web based solution PAC.Manage the TSA exit project for Cross Border Travel Assessment tool which is supports Global Mobility process.Manage the TSA exist project for Dined Party List application (a third party application) implementation.
