I began by crafting a comprehensive project charter outlining scope, objectives, and stakeholders. In the planning phase, I facilitated workshops to define configuration, pricing rules, and quotation workflows. This information laid the foundation for development and integration activities.I orchestrated cross-functional teams, ensuring they adhered to the project management plan. Regular status updates, risk assessments, and communication management fostered transparency and collaboration. In the execution phase, I directed testing, integration, and iterative development to align with project goals.As the Tacton CPQ project nears completion of Phase-1, its impact is tangible. The new platform provides streamlined processes, heightened operational efficiency, and improved customer satisfaction. Through seamless integration with existing CRM and ERP systems the project facilitates data-driven decision-making and simplifies complex configuration and pricing rules. 1. Facilitate Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Retrospective meeting & System Demos.2. Protect development team from outside distractions, impediments, or team conflicts, and maintain focus on product backlog project timeline.3. Preparing initial high level understanding documents, Functional Requirement Specifications, Use cases and Software Requirement Specification docs whenever necessary.4. Involved in all the phases from Project initiation to Project closure.
