I am working as a Manager Operation & Manufacturing Sience last 19 years - Day to day Monitor all factory operation, Deeply involved in resources planning (Man, Machine, Material Money for factory operation) monitor productions data daily /weekly /monthly. cross functional coordination from design, purchase , store , productions, dispatch and site execution team and fulfill the sales team requirements, inventory management, productions planning and Scheduling and monitoring complete sales target with good quality products with timely delivered and reduce factory overhead and develop and improve policies and procedures,Implement and maintain HSE policy and procedure to ensure the Seafty and well being of employees, conduct regular Seafty audit and make improvement as needed.conduct training for current and new operation ,Seafty and fire related if more as per requirements . maintain lean manufacturing through KPA, KPI, 5S, kaizen, team building and team work. I presently monitor 6 lines (Pre-treatment 6tank process ,powder coating, Fabrication, Assembly, Glazing, MS Fabrication all facade supporting structure like bracket, GI panel, Flashing) additionally we manufacturing some moulding components likes hole cap, end cap, drain cap, plug, packing shim etc)
