Researcher, Design Of An Airborne Liquid Cooling System

This work is concerned with the cooling of Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) of a Light Combat Aircraft. With increasing functionality of various systems aboard the newer version of LCA, the problem of heat dissipation got exacerbated. Consequently, a Liquid Cooling System (LCS) has been proposed to cool the antenna electronics and the radar. Considering the fact that at high altitudes, the heat exchanger that cools the warm liquid coolant can receive air at sub-zero temperatures, aqueous solution of ethylene-glycol of the required composition has been identified as the coolant. Since the mass flow rates are small, consideration is being given to positive displacement pumps like gear pumps and also to regenerative type pumps. A continuous-fin-tube type of heat exchanger is designed and the area requirement has been worked out. Presently other types of heat exchangers like brazed aluminum heat exchangers are also being evaluated due to their more compact nature, although the pressure drop both on the liquid and air side could be higher.

Now a days due to highly increasing power demand and environmental problems, related to use of conventional fuels such as coal, natural gas etc. in power generation and these fuels are limited in nature therefore it is necessary to pay attention searching some alternatives source energy, which is used in power production and fulfil the power demand with less environmental problems and should be cheaper as compare to conventional source. The power generation by use of bagasse, MSW & rice husk is providing the facility of eco-friendly power generation with large reduction in cost. India is produce about 300 MT sugar cane annually and the Uttar Pradesh itself produces about 40% sugar cane in India .The population of India is about 121 crores so there are enough chances of solid waste. India is placed second producer of paddy. Thus the large amount of residue in the form of husk is much beneficial in producing electricity.

August 1961 (Diesel Locomotive Work ) DLW set up as a green field project in technical collaboration with ALCO, USA for manufacture of Diesel Electric Locomotivesis well know for manufacturing diesel engine, March 2002 The first indigenous EMD WDG4 freight loco manufactured, November 2002 3600 HP Engine produced, March 2003The first indigenous passenger version of EMD loco WDP4 manufactured , September 2003Development of 16 cylinder 3300 HP Power upgraded DLW engine, WDM3D locomotive 2006 5000th locomotive produced.....So story about DLW is very big.And i visit my first shop is (Heavy Welding Shop ) HWS there are so many process is going on , in welding process lots of things i have learn like arc welding , gas welding , TIG, MIG and Laser welding etc.Second shop is Rotor Shop here also i have learned so many things.Third Lower Floor Shop here mainly works on Piston and Cylinder fitting in V - Shape Wedge
