I am a seasoned human resource professional who is on a journey towards understanding and resolving people-centric areas of business management. For the past one decade or more, I have been associated with multiple IT & non-IT establishments including Startup. My experience from the previously associated companies gave me immense opportunity to develop myself, both professionally and personally. It had also made me an expert in handling both IT and Non-IT recruitment processes at various levels. In one of my previous companies, I held the key role in HR transitions, adding value to the entire process. I have implemented company specific performance management standards, compensation and benefit structures, and HR policies all through my career.
