I am a Senior Executive and Technology Leader who has been around the internet since 1993. Through the last couple of decades, I have developed a set of skills in different areas of technology and business in general.I have managed teams and get them to high performance using their talents and skills while developing each team member into their better selves. Always taking into account their personal life goals, to make sure both company expectations and personal growth plans are met or exceeded all the time.I'm also a bridge-builder who can bring different teams into a synergy where each team understands how to obtain and provide value to others, and know the right person to deal with, in order to make interactions really efficient and effective.I'm passionate about diversity and inclusion in the workplace and in life. I believe the only way to real success is through strong cultural values that allow people to be themselves and work in an environment that promotes respect, innovation, and continuous learning.I've had the opportunity to work for awesome companies, and to consult for large corporations, but also small firms who are fighting their way up.
