Nagarro probably the best company so far because, of the great flexibility and work life balance that it offers. As part of Nagarro I worked with enterprise clients who have a very different level of development requirement. Enterprise clients don't just want things to work they want perfection in everything you do. One of the clients assigned me a ReactJS application revamping project. The idea was to break down the website into simpler reusable components thereby improving the codebase and optimizing it such that it can score higher on performance metrix. After that I joined another enterprise client who required development of a payment interface. The payment interface was to be built on NestJS and AWS based on a serverless and microservices, monorepo architecture. The code structure and initial setup was quite complex to build but highly scalable as any enterprise project should be.

The dream was to form a team with a vision to build a magazine with curated high quality content. But, due to lack of funds the vision shattered and I continued writing on my own. Now this is a personal blog where I share what I learn

I left ZolutionTech in late Jan 2023 and at about the same time, I was introduced to a client by a friend who was eager to offer me a big project. I used this opportunity to establish my own web development firm. And the story is quite interesting but I eventually failed. My startup lasted for 2 months. And just when it ended I secured a job at Nagarro within a week. What happened? I built a e-learning application just like Udemy within 2 months that's a short deadline I know. But, I didn't do it alone I hired 3 students for an internship and acted as their lead assigned them tasks gave a project demo to a client. Fixed all the bugs that these freshers introduced and guide them at the same time on how to proceed when they are stuck. It was quite a good experience. I learned that I can be a good mentor. Learned to be patient, and more compassionate. Also, this opportunity helped me understand that I am a good leader under pressure. I mean meeting such a short deadline does mean something for my leadership skills.

I started as a person responsible for building large scale websites from ground up. Single handedly built several websites in steepest timeline. And winning the employee of the month award. Transitioning to a crucial project for the company and acting as tech lead for the project. Completing the project goals as a lead.

As a full stack developer you can be deployed anywhere either backend or frontend or both. And that is pretty much what I did at techchefz. Helped the team build backend of a restaurant app, optimise couple of nextjs application to take the gt matrix score to 96/100. Fix frontend bugs, add new functionalities, optimise the frontend as well backend. prepare API documentation, provide ideas for better user experience.

The relationship with OnGraph was quite small but quite enlightening. I worked on a Canadian Mobile Application. Used certain analytics and debugging tools such as customer.io. Google Cloud Platform was also part of the ecosystem. Worked on optimizing the backend of the application cutting the time complexity and increasing the overall speed of the application. Optimized the legacy code. Added automations via cron jobs.

First Job is always remembered. And I made sure to give my 100% during the time I spent at sefith. As a full stack developer the job was to implement a mentorship platform MVP with short deadline. But, together we as a team made it possible. I basically worked on the code architecture, building certain functionalities like login/signup with facebook, linkedin, google, search functionality, automated emails and ofcourse took the lead for deployment. Proposed use of sendgrid for initial email automation, proposed use of a2 hosting for initial deployment.
