Key Responsibilities :* Experienced of utilizing job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and Shine for sourcing and hiring candidates.* Proficient in various IT profiles, including Power BI, PowerApps development, UI/UX design, Java development, full stack development, React.js development, and AI development.* Collaborate with senior staff to recognise exactly what is necessary to ensure optimum IT staffing solutions.* Extensive experience of using SharePoint systems for document management, collaboration, and workflow automation.* Skilled in conducting and scheduling virtual interviews, ensuring a seamless and efficient interview process.* Ensure the end-to-end life cycle of IT recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.* Design and implement job descriptions and engage with potential candidates on social media platforms.
