· Excellent customer service to ensure all customers are completely satisfied, dealing with insurance companies to ensure for like for like reservations· Managing corporate, insurance, breakdown and retail clients· Marketing in the search for potential leads that can result in corporate accounts· Sales – Selling protection packages and upgrades to customers· Collecting debt / controlling fuel costs to ensure the branch operates profitably· Fleet management – Sourcing vehicles and ensuing that fleet utilisation is at a high· Fleet health - Ensuring all vehicles are safe and road worthy, dealing with damage to vehicles by raising claims and repairs· Ensuring there is a clean car showroom at all times and vehicles are safe to rent out· Liaising with body shops/garages to help get clients booked in for repairs· Being able to manage and work alongside a team to achieve positive results
