Review and comprehensively understand the scope of contract/ drawings and specifications with respect to their discipline and its further development/ implementation in an approved manner. Scrutinize and validate Heat load calculations(E20 & HAP), Pump head & calculations, Shop Drawings, quantity estimations, BOQ as per design and specifications and obtain approvals.Mobilization of site's key resources and managing key Site personnel ensuring that work can be executed correctly, effectively, and smoothly in accordance with the stakeholder specifications and all construction terms and conditions.Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Chillers, Cooling Towers, AHUs, VRF AC, Precision AC, Pumps, Pipes, Ducts, Transformers, DG Set, HV & LV Panels, Cables, Fire Alarm Panel, CCTV, Access Control Panels, STP and WTP.Formulating and monitoring project schedules, in coordination with suppliers, vendors to match with the project completion plan.Establishing overall construction execution plan in line with the related overall Project execution policies, Project procedures, GuidelinesValidate and monitoring project costing schedules, Billing schedule in coordination with stakeholder to match with the project cash flow plan.

Design and Preparing of MEP Drawings, Starting from Tender Specification to Detailed Design of the MEP System • Preparing Heat load calculation for HVAC system and Load calculation for Electrical ELV system• Estimation and Reviewing technical requirements of client’s specifications and ensuring that agreement is reached on the basis of design; facilitating discussions with the client to assess their demand for specialized MEP systems• Preparing Shop Drawings, BOQ and Estimation for the project and ensuring smooth operations and monitoring of project • Comparing techno-commercial operations for project evaluations and preparing actual costing compared to proposal estimation also monitoring & tracking the progress of the project • Managing project activities involving working out various requirements with respect to utilities, equipment, manpower, & monitoring overall project operations for ensuring timely completion• Preparing installation, Testing & commissioning schedules in coordination with other services, equipment supplier, erection agency, testing and commissioning team to match with the project completion plan• Directing, leading and motivating workforce; imparting continuous on job training for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness/ efficiency• Evaluating sub-contractors obligations, QA/QC plans, Safety Plans and procedures to verify if they comply with contractual conditions• Administering site engineers and supervisor, as applicable to ensure that project deliverables fully reflect QA/QC & Safety requirements and other specific guidelines by the company• Spearheading various functions like:o Assessing records of internal and external audits along with inspection test plans in order to perform all required inspections and witnessing all required tests and add witness and hold points for the client’s inspectiono Evaluating inspection reports and records of Quality Control carried out on completed and running project activities

Site & Construction Management Handling all MEP construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of installations & co-ordination with site management activities. Coordinating mechanical & electrical work for the construction of buildings with emphasis on builders’ work, architecture & structure elements. Reviewing consultant’s design plans and drawings to develop an overview of the project and complete understanding of both civil/structural and MEP construction activities.Installation & Commissioning Activities Preparing layouts for project as per the process and material flow needs. Overseeing installation, testing & commissioning of HVAC, Fire Protection System, Plumbing & STP System, Compressor System, Fuel & Gas System, Chilled Water Piping System, Fire Hydrant, and Automatic Sprinkler. Handling erection & commissioning of equipment and providing utility services to the equipment.
