Responsible for managing the commercial activities of VWFS AG in the corresponding Truck & Bus Brands (MAN & SCANIA) to ensure the achievement of FS sales, market penetration, customer satisfaction and productivity objectives, as well as ensure Truck & Bus Brand satisfaction in all requested markets.

My responsibilities include to be an active member in strategic forums at VWSF and VWM, as well as sales strategy development at a national level (Retail & Wholesale).Achievements:•Convert VWSF from a bad performance to an excellent performance, achieving a 2nd place in automotive financial sales in Mexico during 2012-2013.•Merger of the VWSF retail and wholesale business. •Development of Production System Volkswagen of Mexico, in addition to my responsibility activity and as part of Junior Management program.

Achievements:•Opening market for Nissan and Renault in the Center and Occident of Mexico, obtaining a 25% penetration by 2002 in the region.•Creation of the credit plan for people who cannot prove income in a traditional way.•Market research, needs assessment and plans for creation of financial products.
