I was asked to be the Program Director of the Summer Staff by my Camp Director, and my responsibilities include recruiting college students to work at Camp by giving presentations, talking with students about it, and creating and distributing media related to it. I also work directly with my Camp Director and co-Program Director to plan the summer camp program, review applications of new staff members, train and coach staff members on their responsibilities, and lead a bi-weekly Zoom Bible study with Junior and Senior age campers throughout the year.

For 4 summers, I worked as a counselor, which included creating and teaching Bible lessons to groups of 10, 40, and 200; working assignments including dish-washing, leading horse trail rides, lifeguarding, and being a day-camp counselor for 5-8-year-olds; planning and leading games and activities for groups of 50 campers and counselors; and working directly alongside other college-aged counselors and my Camp Director. I lived at Camp for 10 weeks at a time during those summers.
