Elected as East Region Director for the OTAB, a branch of the Association of the Ontario Chiefs of Police, with teams ranging from 6-member Containment Teams to 90-member Hostage Rescue Teams and Armed Tactical Security. The OTAB aims to facilitate communication, learning, and knowledge sharing on the latest advancements in tactical best practices through training courses, tactical debriefs, post-incident lessons learned, and a quarterly meeting.

Work as part of a collaborative team of OPS members, specifically within the Canine and the Chemical Biological, Radioactive, Nuclear and Explosives units in response to large-scale events within the City of Ottawa. The Integrated Event Command Table (IECT) engages partners across all levels of government to ensure effective communication, information sharing, and coordination throughout the planning, mobilization, and demobilization phases.
