Manage the daily operations of a dynamic and rapidly expanding radiology department within a newly constructed, state of the art, community hospital. Responsible for the reception, appointment scheduling and administrative support operations for the Joint Department of Medical Imaging across five hospital sites and three healthcare organizations. I coordinated the efforts of five supervisors and approximately one hundred frontline staff to transform and standardize operations and efficiently support clinical practice.  In collaboration with clinical partners, senior leadership, and project management, I have focused on centralization, best practice, process improvement and electronic solutions to contain cost and create a seamless patient experience between organizations.  Direct oversight of five cost centers with an annual budget of 4.5 million dollars.

Oversaw the daily operations of general radiography, CT and MRI modalities. Recruited, trained and developed staff, managing team dynamics and maintaining a professional work environment. Additional responsibilities included monitoring of modality finances, developing patient scheduling templates and collaborating with clinical partners to improve patient access.
