Various senior positions. Restructured the internal organization of the Head-Office by downsizing its activities, branches and people. Managed different departments. In 1990 promoted to Director IT and Organisation and became member of the Management Team. Managed a division of 25 senior employees and co-managed the consumer banking subsidiaries.

Reorganized several foreign branches/subsidiaries of ABN Bank, such as Athens, Piraeus, Paris, Quito and Guayaquil. Centralized the administration of the bank in Quito and Guayaquil and implemented a new banking software application. Assisting in setting up leasing companies in Spain and investment services in Sweden. Support the incorporation of different Dutch Desks in European subsidiaries.

Administrative organization of foreign branches/subsidiaries and prepare these entities for the implementation of new banking software applications. Prepared different operational and administrative handbooks for the foreign branches/subsidiaries.

Drafted various consumer banking handbooks. Reorganized and combined different consumer banking companies to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Head-Office Management trainee. Attended different internal and external training courses; many internal trainings on the job in commercial and operational departments/divisions of the Head-Office in Amsterdam.
