I am a hospitality services leader who has orchestrated enduring guest, employee, and operations successes throughout my 30-year career. Regarding my education, I received my Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from Cal State University, Long Beach. I then graduated from Disney University having gone through their Disney Management Development Program. I also completed my certification as a Registered Laundry & Linen Director from the American Laundry College at Eastern Kentucky University. Recently, I graduated from Irvine Company’s Academy 9-month “Experienced Career Leadership” program.I have honed my skill set to become a collaborative, reliable, well-spoken, and flexible leader. Working in a dynamic and high-paced environment, I am recognized as an engaging and resourceful colleague. Also, I am somebody who is well respected by his staff, supervisors, and fellow leaders through a cooperative, thoughtful, and considerate demeanor.I am bilingual with full proficiency in English and conversational proficiency in Spanish. I have strengthened my public speaking skills through facilitating new hire orientation classes for 6 years as well as conducting morning briefings in both English & Spanish in front of an audience of up to 50 staff members. Lastly, I have been recognized by my peers and superiors for my successful leadership being awarded Leader of the Quarter at four different properties in 2002, 2012, 2014 & 2022 and Leader of the Year in 2022.
