Senior member of a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect / Product Specialist team focused on the New Relic Logging capability. In this role, I serve as both a Pre-Sales product specialist supporting account teams in large logging related opportunities, as well as a liaison between account teams and customers with our Logging Product and Engineering organizations. As a Logging product specialist and subject matter expert I possess in-depth knowledge of our logging product, including features, benefits, and applications.Key responsibilities include: - Providing subject matter expertise and thought leadership on Logging observability. - Assisting sales teams by providing logging expertise during the sales process, answering technical questions, delivering product demos, discussing road maps, and helping close deals. - Answering internal questions about our logging product from our field Solutions Consultants, Technical Account Managers, and Technical Support Engineers - Creating custom logging configurations/designs around New Relic logging features for customers, including: * Ingest time parsing rules using Grok or Regex * Log onboarding guidance, optimization, and troubleshooting (K8S, Otel, Fluentbit, Cloud, etc.) * Log queries, query time parsing, and query optimization * Any other logging related technical customer request - Interfacing with Engineering and Technical Support teams to help solve customer escalations - Gathering feedback from account teams and customers about logging capability feature requests, feature gaps with competitors, and usability to inform product development and engineering road maps. - Collaborating with marketing, engineering, and product management teams to ensure alignment and support for the New Relic logging product strategy. - Testing and validation of beta features before General Availability.

Coordinated, planned, and aided in the deployment of Cisco GSR routers into 52 AT&T nationwide collocations. Provided essential support in bringing the new oc48 backbone into operation.• Test and Turn-up of almost all external peering circuits into the core @HOME network.• Built and maintained a relationship with Lucent Worldwide services as a contract vendor to perform periodic routine maintenance and support for @Home equipment in AT&T collocations nationwide. Work with Lucent Field Techs. to plan and execute maintenance activities.
