- Work closely with MD, managers and leaders to build an organizational culture which promotes the company’s vision, mission and values and improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency.- Work closely with MD to formulate a yearly business plan which stipulates key objectives, KPIs and action plans in accordance with the company strategy; coordinate the reporting process on business performance against agreed KPIs and action plans.- Maintain a contemporary QMS in line with ISO 9001:2008 in order to guarantee customer delight.- Maintain a corporate memory with a system thinking and process mapping approach.- Assess the company against the Australian Business Excellence Framework. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, by identifying opportunities for improvement, facilitating workshops (using business excellence tools), coordinate change activities across the company, study the results and capture the memory (PDSA learning cycle).Achievement: • Being awarded the 2015 Silver Award Winner at the the prestigious Australian Organisational Excellence Awards, after a four year journey of restructuring our company to run more effectively and efficiently.
