Campus Pastor for Saddleback Churches Corona Campus. Responsibilities include but are not limited to all Pastoral functions of leading a church accept preaching on Sunday (although, being prepared/ready to preach the Sunday sermon if technical difficulties should arise or asked to do so by Pastor Rick ). The role of a Campus Pastor is to help fulfill the Mission and Vision of Saddleback Church as one church in many locations. As each church campus functions as a local church in it's given community that local body of Christ will reach out to that community providing inviting, loving, encouraging weekend services and weekday meetings, trainings, connections, fellowships, small groups, ministries that will focus on equipping the saints and reaching the lost while living out the five purposes of the Church/believer which is Worship, Fellowship, Discipleship, Ministry and Evangelism; that we get from the Great Commission and the Great Commandment.

"Sharing the Love of Jesus Christ by Giving People Hope, Purpose and Support Through PEACE Community Resource Centers" Biblical Mandate: Matthew 25: 35-36. The ministry role consists of working with a team to accomplish the Strategy, vision, implementation, organization, training and launching of PEACE Community Resource Centers at each of our Saddleback Church Regional Campuses. Through the PEACE Centers we are able to provide Holistic Assistance which is meeting practical, spiritual, emotional, physical and relational care for those who are in need in our community. While meeting practical needs we hope to also meet peoples spiritual needs connecting people to Jesus and his family (the Church).

Development and care of Small Groups that live out the five purposes of "Worship, Discipleship, Fellowship, Ministry, and Evangelism". Training and Shepherding of Small Group Hosts, and recruitment, training and mentoring of Small Group Community Leaders to share in the leading, discipling, training and caring for the hundreds of Hosts in our span of care.
