As the leader of a team of more than 200 professionals, I have direct oversight of the design, build, and strategic portfolio management of all locations, including approval of all lease negotiations, capital and operating spend, and overall occupancy decisions. In addition, I'm charged with the development and deployment of workplace programs to ensure JLL can leverage our estate to offer a diverse and first-in-class people experience in our offices, so we can continue to attract and retain top talent in the industry. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, I partner with our most senior leaders across the world to help ensure that our global CRE function supports the firm's business and people needs in the most comprehensive and progressive ways possible.

Oversaw and led the network development and prime lease renewal transactions of International Workplace Group’s (formerly known as Regus PLC) North America portfolio of more than 1,300 locations, comprised of more than 21 million square feet of corporate office and coworking space. Served as direct charge of full portfolio management of all of IWG’s flexible workplace brands, including REGUS, SPACES, No18, SIGNATURE, and HQ.

Led renewal efforts for IWG’s (formerly known as Regus PLC) US portfolio and served as Legal Liaison for Network Development Group.

Performed first-in-class tenant representation services for national major corporate accounts clients.
