As part of the Communications and Sustainability department, the activities included management of Invepar's external relations and public affairs strategies, including the relationship with external stakeholders, including the participation on the development of the sustainability report and of communications projects intended to raise the corporate brand awareness of Invepar’s companies. In addition, my activities also involved the management of the external communication area, including analysis and monitoring of corporate performance indicators (KPI's), the development of crisis and daily communications strategies, the relationship with the press (national and international) as well as the planning of communication projects relevant to the group, such as seminars and workshops for journalists.

As Head of Communications of 'Rio Eventos Especiais', the public company of the City Hall of Rio that acted on the organization of the City of Rio for the FIFA World Cup Brazil 2014. In 2013, the company organized the FIFA Confederations Cup and World Youth Day, a Catholic event which attracted more than 3 million people in Rio.The main duties developed were the preparation of the city`s communication strategy for the events, building the interface between the City of Rio and FIFA, and the elaboration of communication projects such as the Press Areas and the Journalist Guide, both for the FIFA World Cup.
