Manage the IT Infrastructure and Application Support (QAPM) Teams for Latin America that supports several platforms on a comprehensive set of environments such as Linux, Unix, Windows, Database , LAN, WAN, Firewalls, Voice, Turrets, Corvil, Arista, etc.Main attributes / responsibilities:• Responsible for physicals and trading/non-trading flows migration to new Data Centers (B3/RTM);• Main contact with B3, Bloomberg, ATG and BLK for any trading solution and/or demand (such as .: Stress Test for Market Data and OMS, New Market Data binary – SME, etc);• Work close to the Business Units (BUs) and implement products to attend to the Brazilian Regulations, attending to the IT Security Standards and the Company Standards and • Work close to Compliance, IT Security and represent IT to attend to Regulators and External Audit requests; Manage infrastructure deployments for Latin America, working close to Project Managers in US and whether applicable, adapting the products to the office needs.• Manage the Technical Account relationship with the Sao Paulo Stock Exchange (B3), BBG, ATG, 3rd local "news "vendors, understanding the upcoming changes and working close with the internal teams on the architecture changes that need to be implemented to attend to them;• Analyze the IT Risks/Security associated to local products that need to be on-boarded to the global plant to attend to local regulation needs;• Well versed on back-office application support for IED and FX/IRD Markets in Brazil (ex: Sinacor, Bacen, SPB, etc);• Application support for Equities, FX/IRD and Electronic Trading Flows (FIX, EMSX, ATG, TradeBook) following global trading standard.• Responsible for the risk review of the technology assets currently onboard at the firm; and for the DR and BCP plans/processes, in line with global and local (BSM) requirements.• Responsible for the Technology Governance meetings in Brazil.

Main attributes / responsibilities:• IP´s range migration : Trip to New York and Amsterdan to discuss about project and migration plan between Brazil and Global teams;• RCCF: Planning to implement RCCF (B3, Cetip, Selic and CBLC) infrastructure;• Active Directory and Exchange: Trip for NY to discuss the best strategy to implement the new Active Directory and Exchange infrastructure; install planning for OWA with digital certificate over VPN;• Root and Video Conference: Interconnection between ING offices globally, facilitating the communication between them;• Firewall: Firewall Infrastructure reorganization reducing of five for three chassis, consequently reduction cost of Check Point’s licenses. Easiness in the administration of rules and maintenances in firewall. • ISS, Snort, ISA Server (2004), Websense, BindView, SNMP v3 and EPO: Planning of security environments. Survey of all the security environments. Updates and implantations of new filters of security and adoption of new politics of security. • Update of the IOS in routers and switches: Update of Router and Switch’s IOS. Agility of routes between subnets, restriction of improper accesses. Integrity and security of the information passed through subnets.• SharePoint: Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition with SharePoint installation; adoption of methodology, facilitating the flow of information. • Global Projects: Projects carried through directly with the support of NY and Amsterdam; onboard new applications to improve the processes of negotiations in the Financial Market.

Main attributes / responsibilities:• Responsible to update Reuters 300xtra, Bloomberg, Unix/Solaris platforms in the Mexico office; and the RtW environment for Reuters 3000xtra in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro offices;• Responsible to onboard new global platform to attend Equity Trading desk involving global support.• Responsible to onboard new application to attend Credit Risk Department, following the global standard procedures/policies.
