Responsible for Terra Networks' CMS, e-Commerce and e-Care Technology teams.Our team has developed the new Checkout System solution, which corresponds to the last mile of the Terra products and services purchase process. The system has a unique anti-fraud system based on user behavior in real time, completely developed in house.We are also responsible for the new Subscriber Center, the system that integrates all the information for the end user to manage his or her products and services at Terra.One major achievement of the team was the replacement of a very expensive Content Management System with our own solution that not only fulfilled 100% of the Company’s needs but also improved the speed in which the content was updated and published, not mentioning the savings. Terra CMS is being used across the Company, to manage the content of our portal to provide content for mobile applications and partners.

Responsible for Mobile Applications Technology Team at Terra Networks. We have worked on Mobile Portal Development, Content Mobilization, and Mobile Applications. Our major achievement was the development of the specific mobile version of the portal Terra. During this period, the mobile portal grew vertically, reaching 35 million monthly unique visitors in US and Latin America.

As Project Manager, I have worked with the Advertising Technology Team to implement FatTail platform to manage campaigns and control all the ad selling process.

As New Business Development Manager I was responsible for identifying new business opportunities and new markets to bring in more revenue selling VoIP Cards. Through a net of distribution, we could deliver nationwide a huge amount of cards, and create demand in unexplored regions. We have created new products such as the Alo Brasil Card, that was sold in the US and in other countries.

As Sales Manager, I was responsible create a distribution network for the company’s products. Developing and managing this network was done by contacting different distribution partners and creating the proper channel for a new product, the VoIP Cards.

As NOC Manager, I lead the team responsible for the 24x7 operation of the VOIP service at the Company. We had to guarantee that all carriers that were part of our “federation” were up and running. Our team provided monitoring for 1st and 2nd level of support to the Company.
