Manage Local Portfolio (Working Capital, Revolving lines, Umbrella), Capital Markets, Club deals and Structured operations and Local Debt Capital Markets Structurer – Debentures and Financial Letters acting as leader coordinator. Structure Capital Market products - Debentures, Commercial Notes, Financial Letters and Taylor made deals.Act as Coordinator Leader in Debentures Issuances.Structure products based on current and potential market opportunities.Develop innovate new ideas and products and modify existing products to provide solutions leading to enhanced value/asset/revenue generation. With Origination teams meet customers when required with the purpose of developing business, gaining an understanding of the customers’ needs and assisting in the discussion of complex financing solutions.Continuously research and keep abreast of regulatory and market changes and assess the impact on existing structures and how the changes can lead to new/improved product development. Lead the review and approval process for implementation of Structured products.Periodic reviews of existing structures/documentation as well as review of all created structures by the Risk, legal, tax, transaction management, accounting, and risk management. Ensure completion while addressing all the comments raised by the various reviewers. Prepare and review of commercial contracts and financial documentation. Negotiate with counterparties on deal structure and documentation.Be responsible for creating the documentation that allow the implementation of existing and newly created products as well as amending existing documentation on a transactional basis. - Product development and life cycle product delivery of Clients - Also responsible for customer revenue generation and banking wallet share - Responsibilities focused on Local Loans and Structured Loans.- Interaction with RMs, Branch and tight relationship with other departments e.g Risk, O&M; Legal and Compliance etc.,- Eventually participate Client meetings - find out Client needs and deliver solutions from Companies palette or work out missing solutions- Design and periodically re-design products solutions and related end-to-end procedures, regulations reflecting market challenges - Analyze customers’ product needs and negotiate transaction structures, terms, conditions and documentation.- Prepare transaction greenlight/approval memorandums, present deals on approval calls- Preparation, follow-up and closure of proposals, monitoring and follow-up of the success of implementation - Co-ordinate revenues and expense budget discussions with local and regional management and responsibility for delivering financial results- Monitor and analyze market trends and information, prepare competitor analysis- Design and maintain procedure for clients’ products - Participate in necessary system development projects and closely track, act and cooperate in development process and UATs- Manage relationship and prepare joint solutions with all product areas and cross-functional departments. - Co-ordinate development of product and management processors- Mapping of technological needs for opportunities or productivity - Responsible for mapping product processes- Work closely to IT projects, writing requirements, tracking, acting in development process, tests and approvals. - Participate in task force sessions in the US HQ with development teams in India and USA, reviewing tech design, test sessions, approvals, implementation and roll-out processes.
