CurrentIn my most recent role as Customer Service Representative at Daly, I exercised a unique technical insight by installing and configuring a diverse range of software packages and plugins with the ambit of streamlining operation and securing optimal experiences for end-users & customers. I configured devices for multiple functions and added them to customer networks via static IP, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity. In doing so, I was able to upkeep systematic reliability, functionality, & longevity throughout all networks within the workplace, powering all devices and ensuring readiness to carry out overarching business tasks.On the hardware front, I diligently repaired and maintained high-volume photocopiers, digital multifunctional copiers, and printers, guaranteeing equipment capabilities and availability for ongoing customer usage. Internally, I merged my technical expertise and interpersonal skillset by collaborating with incoming customer tickets & complex inquiries, analyzing root cause issues to undergo a rigorous troubleshooting process to offer comprehensive, customer-satisfying technical support to all inquiries.
