• Implementing of the new P2P system in the organization,• Training, guiding and supporting new system users within organization,• Guiding business users to the right ways of purchasing goods or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets,• Coordinating the purchase requisitions coming from the business (non-quote order),• Coordinating the purchase orders workflow,• Supporting the purchasing departments and communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations,• Monitoring and advising on any issues which present risk or opportunity to the organization,• Working closely with others in the procurement function and review opportunities for continuous improvement and business improvements,• Ensuring that a professional and consistent approach is taken in relation to all supplier relationships.

• Ongoing service of the purchasing process in order to maintain the expected availability of devices • Supporting the process of negotiating (renegotiating) contract terms ordered by an internal client • Conducting the supplier selection process (RFQ sending, negotiations, evaluation of offers) • Reporting the status and progress of ongoing procurement projects • Ongoing cooperation with an internal client• Coordinating and supporting the work of other departments of the company in the area of procurement
