Managing the team of 15-20 engineers based in Poland and Denmark. As an execution manager I am responsible for internal service provider team that is delivering development and application support services. I work closely with the head of delivery as well as the customer to manage tasks and priorities for project teams. I am responsible for the process of our delivery acting as a scrum master for the development team. I am responsible for team performance measured by our department OLAs. I work closely with my department’s capacity managers and HR department to make sure our teams consist of people with proper skills and experience that’s needed to deliver good quality solutions within budget and with good quality.

As the leader of the support team, I transformed it from one based on rotation of developers performing support duties for a sprint or two to team consisting of full time application management specialists organized into 2nd and 3rd support lines across two countries. I reorganized team work in the Kanban methodology and introduced KPIs to track team performance and fuel the continuous improvement process. I managed to help the team to improve job satisfaction and performance of individuals with help of continuous improvements initiatives addressing most pressing issues identified by team members and stakeholders. I organized team's internal customers collaboration to make sure that new tasks and the prioritization process is more coherent and organized. I managed to encourage the team to develop knowledge base and good support practices that are still being used today.

I was participating in many software development stages and activities: from refining customer requirements through designing solutions, development phase, functional and acceptance tests to release and support of delivered software. I was managing team of up to about ten people including analysts, developers and testers. I was responsible for managing team cooperation with business experts delegated to the project by the customer.As a part of Taxpayer Portal team I was able to deliver functionalities supporting multiple services and tax types support including a PFR (pre filled tax return) functionality for parts of Polish income tax.
