• Recognized a gap between the Spanish speaking community of IU and the Latino cultural center on campus and worked with others to create La Sociedad Latina to reduce this gap and strengthen the community
• Collaborate with the Latino Cultural center to advise on potential causes of the disconnect between their organization and Spanish speaking members of the University, and provide alternative solutions
• Reach out to other Latino clubs on campus, such as ALFA and Latinos Unidos, to further promote our club and grow our community of Spanish speaking students in La Sociedad Latina
