In the Herzum Software group I was involved in many activities. It should be noted in particular:- 2010 - 2011: As ATLASSIAN Partner we began to sell product and customize project in Italy; I was one of the first people in Italy involved in this business area.- 2007 - 2009: As part of the complete restructuring of the IT department for the SanGiorgio Spa (now Tributes Italy), I launched and led the activities of “phase zero” and“phase one ” of the IT transformation program. To do this, I directed a strategiccommittee (PMT), I wrote the first significant documents (high-level architecture,Roadmap for program transformation). Initiated projects.- 2009: As part of the RFI for the Information System Siegfried (Regione Marche), Iparticipated in the writing of the "Technical Report".- 2008: As part of the PIA (Integrated packages of incentives), I prepared the projectplan “XDOCKING” (industrial research project in the field of logistics). Founding member of agilengineering Ltd. agilengineering started up to better embody the idea of the "agile" company. An agile organization for the best customer and employees experience. From 2008 became part of the Herzum Software group.From the beginning I have been the HR manager. Since 2005 I have gradually taken overthe administrative tasks to become the CEO of the company: - Employees: retribution and career management, technical and professional training, tutoring for trainees and undergraduates. - Administration: cash and bank management, annual budget preparation, management, customers and suppliers, relationships with banks for loans. - Organization of activities and procedures for security laws and the privacy laws.

Involved on different kind of projects:- 2003 - 2006: Astetrasparenti.it. one of the first Web-Portal to public Bankruptcy Judicial Auctions, for the management and consultation of the executive procedures of the courts Roles: Architect, Analyst, Project Manager.- 2004 - 2005: DataWarehouse EHR - Ministry of Health. Project Manager (forcompanies Accenture and Engineering) of the EHR project. Inside the new informationsystem of the Ministry (NSIS), the EHR data warehouse for its importance and itsexperimental nature has set as a strategic project. From the technological point ofview the management of its amount of data (2 Terabyte the first year of life) has ledto problems of an order of magnitude "important."- Enac 2004 - 2006 (J2ee architecture system for pc-telex communication)- 2003 - 2004: New Information System of Border Agency. I collaborate to solveproblems related to the connection between the new system and a legacy system(CICS) using the Attachmate component of DataEngine.- 2003 - 2004: Intraweb – Border Agency. An application that provides economicoperators, a range of services for the management and fiscal controls of the summarylists, sales and acquisitions of assets (statements INTRA). The application, first only onCICS, has been completely redesigned and developed in Java. Released for free onthe website of the Border Agency and used by thousands of users. Role: Scrum Master.

Within the company I was part of the first team for Java Enterprise projects. I followedjunior resources in training. I introduced new technology (an early work in J2EE) and new methodology (eXtreme Programming). Amongthe projects I participated:- 2001 - 2002: Telecom Italia. Integration System (EAI) for E-Learning platform. Theintegration was based on BusinessWare Vitria middleware (based on CORBA), whichallows the modeling of business processes (BPM). I designed a solution that was thenadopted. Role: Analyst, Architect.- 2001: Web-Tax. 3-tier application built with EJB transactional components forprofiling and content management for the tax purpose’s portal. Technologies used:J2EE, Websphere Application Server, DB2, JSP, Servlet and EJB. Activities: analyst,designer, developer.- 2001: Tax Model 730. Application written in Java, for the compilation,validation and PDF creation, of the tax model “730”. Role: Developer and architect.- Project Manager- signee of "​ The Manifesto for Agile Software Development" (may 2002)

- Involved in many activities (as researcher I was responsible from architecture definition to prototyping). - Main project: participated to the work of JAVA COMMUNITY PROCESS JCP OSS/J to define a trouble ticketing service standard for telecommunication company (www.tmforum.org/OSSJ/2896/home.html). I did the reference implementation with EJB technologies; I participated on behalf of the company to the team meeting [Weblogic Headquarters in San Jose and SUN Local Office in Grenoble (Fr)].- A reference letter is available.

DSS Application (Decision Support System) for dynamicmanagement of service level and performance of the Rome underground company“Metro”. Work done in collaboration with the Galco Group in London.
