- Support for in-person and home office users, ensuring technological support.- Ability to install and configure email accounts, update programs (antivirus and antispywares) and various operating systems, create backups, and digital communication (email, WEB, FTP, and VPN); - Participation in the planning and execution of internal and external deployments. - Experience in maintaining Desktops, Servers, notebooks with repairs and upgrades. - Experience with network formatting using Windows Deployment Services (WDS), Ghost, and Clonizilla. - Responsible for documenting installation procedures and correcting internal applications. - Responsible for controlling logical extensions of the site, Cisco IP communicator, and Avaya - Responsible for controlling physical extensions of the site, IntelBras TIP 200/210, and Avaya - Responsible for controlling electronic disposal in a correct and sustainable way - Responsible for the IT checklist, ensuring the standards required by the operations’ clients. - Ability with Active Directory to manage host and user. - Experience with LAN, WLAN, WAN networks. - Experience with structured cabling, control of ports in Cisco Switch (Vlan, Speed, Type), DHCP, DNS, and proxy.
