Responsible for origination, onboarding, cross-sell efforts with large Corporate Clients (ie Gruma, DeAcero, ALFA, Beta San Miguel), as well as designing and implementing a commodities finance program in Mexico.Results • Successfully grew the loan portfolio, number of clients and cross-sell revenue with various Large Corporate clients across various sectors, including manufacturing (metals & mining, automotive, w&c), conglomerates and agribusiness.• Significantly strengthened the Structured Trade & Commodity Finance capabilities in Mexico.• Starting from scratch, built a robust business portfolio (>US$500mln in loan exposure) across various product lines.• Implemented new business lines in Mexico (ie Leasing, Vendor Finance.

Transferred to the Midwest in direct support of the commercial efforts of a key North American Office experiencing weak performance and a negative trend. Directly responsible for the coverage of large corporate clients in the Dairy and Packaging Sectors across the Midwest. Results• Significantly increased the number of clients in the Office (ie KapStone, Sargento Foods, Organic Valley).• Improved the revenue base, cross-sell and overall performance scorecard of the Office.

Oversaw all commercial activities of the Rabobank Mexico Representative Office, including the implementation of certain new products (ie Receivables Securitization, Strutured Trade & Commodity Finance). Supervised the commercial strategy of the Office across various product lines.
