Executive Producer for the European Championships Glasgow2018.I spearheaded all host-broadcasting operational activities including managing project team to deliver all diverse live coverage and media services to broadcasters with 11 venues, 12 sports, 280 cameras, 11 OB vans, 1 broadcast operation centre, and 560+ HB staff. I interacted closely with organizing committees, federations, and production teams to prepare and execute live production plan. I developed and interpreted detailed risk management spreadsheets that included what-if scenarios and maintained confidential information.Following are highlights of my key achievements that I attained:★ Enabled the delivery of host broadcast’s obligations under the terms of scope of works and integrated host broadcast operation into the structure of organising committee.★ Steered world feed production consisting of up to 6 different simultaneous live programs, including preparing and implementing production plan of 280 cameras on 12 different sites with LOC and production team
