• Weigh and dispense chemicals to prepare buffer and media kits• Clean out of place, sterilization and setup of equipment• Follow Standard Operating Procedures • Knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices • Knowledge of Systems, Applications and Products transactions • Perform daily standardization of equipment• Maintain production areas in a clean, organized and safe manner• Perform daily, weekly and monthly cleaning activities• Perform CIP and SIP of vessels and media filtration carts• Clean room manufacturing and aseptic processing in a GMP environment• Prepare small and large scale buffers and media for production

• Assist with the coordination of the administrative and operational business of the I’Cubed Center• Under minimal supervision, carry out program coordination duties necessary for the efficient functioning of the Institute• Assist Principal Investigators with proposal preparation and implementation of Center research grants• Communicate and interface frequently and effectively with campus faculty and staff, governmental agencies, professional organizations and outside agencies
