• 2021 Inherited a team with 36 players.• 2022 – 2023 Increased roster size to 104 players.• Raised over $25,000 from various fundraisers from the football program alone. • Created various community service events logging over 1,500 hours throughout the city of Wichita.• (3-24) Overall record as part of the Greater Wichita Athletic League (GWAL)• 13 Players received opportunities to play at the collegiate level. • 25 Players received (GWAL) ALL-CITY Honors• 2 Players received (6A) ALL-STATE Honors voted on by the Kansas Football Coaches Association (KFBCA)• Created game day highlights and season highlights for evaluation. • Analyzed practice and game film, while creating weekly practice and game plans.• Actively facilitated our players recruitment by attending camps and college visits, fostering relationships with college recruiters. • Orchestrated motivational and informative speaking engagements from knowledgeable professionals to help promote development and a winning mentality.• Glazier Clinic presenter. Presented to over 150+ youth league coaches. • Strength and Conditioning Coordinator for Wichita Southeast HS Athletics. Helped athletes across multiple sports raise their level of performance.
