- Serves as the top education advisor and senior management civilian for the Professional Development and Training Management Division in the Air Force Manpower Analysis Agency. -Develops, reviews, and revises technical training courses, instructional materials, and measurement devices in accordance with the Instruction Systems Design (ISD) model and AF policy. - Provides advice in formulating the broad educational and training policies of the Manpower career field and directs or leads broad studies that affect Air Force Manpower missions. - Serves as Headquarters, Air Force Manpower Analysis Agency (HQ AFMAA) consultant and advisor on training requirements analysis for the Manpower career field. - Provides guidance and advice concerning anticipated changes or new developments in technology and/or the educational field affecting the Manpower career field.- Researches, analyzes, and determines available options or the feasibility of different advanced approaches to anticipated changes or new developments to resolve complex military training program issues.- Applies extensive experience and professional education expertise to formulate and propose school and command institutional policies and major changes to school programs as needed, including in the areas of training analysis, development, management, and resource support.

• Managed curriculum for the Medical Education and Training Campus (METC) Radiography Programs. Programs are composed of a tri-service (Army, Navy, and Air Force) Military Occupation Specialties (MOS), Air Force Specialties (AFSC) and Navy Enlisted Classifications (NEC) to include a 5-month basic Radiography program, a 4-month Army Advanced Radiography Laboratory program, and a 6-month Advanced Navy Radiography Laboratory program. Revised, updated, and aligned current programs' curriculum resulting in every program receiving either accreditation by the Community College of the Air Force, or American Council on Education (ACE) (upper and lower division credit).• Combined Army’s Medical Logistics Specialist and Air Force’s Medical Materiel Apprentice curriculum; developed the first combined METC Medical Logistics Program. The 5-week Programs graduates over 300 students annually with a 94% pass rate.• Mentored senior/junior officers/Noncommissioned Commissioned Officers (NCO) in the Instructional System Design (ISD) process. Efforts have been instrumental in developing policies and procedures related to curriculum development at both the program level and senior management level.• Validated curriculum that was instrumental in aligning the curriculum of the Medical Logistics (MEDLOG) Program. Identified and corrected curriculum to included measurement devices not effectively measuring specific tasks identified by the Air Force and the Army.

• Created strategies for integration of new technologies in the Mortgage Services Course. Designed and implemented curriculum, training materials, course outlines, design documents, scope documents, storyboards and lesson plans. Reduced training time from 3-months of didactic lecture to a 1-month interactive learning experience. • Designed engaging and effective blended learning instructional materials that were intuitive, informative and consistent with sound design principles. Attrition rates dropped by 22 percent within a year. • Incorporated internal and industry regulation compliance issues and policy/procedural requirements into training curriculum. Ensured that all of distance learning was Section 508 compliant.• Maintained training curriculum to reflect company's philosophy, policy changes, business unit objectives, new product offerings and system enhancements. • Implemented pre and post-training assessments to measure participant satisfaction, mastery of learning objectives, on-the-job performance and organizational/business impact. Training satisfaction led to my team receiving an excellence rating two years in a row.

• Supervised two civilians and six military instructors for the Train the Trainer Course Mobile Training Team (MTT). Outstanding leadership was instrumental in every instructor receiving their teaching practicum, occupational instructor certificate and military instructors were promoted.• Developed/managed the annual SORTS schedule used the Air Force Major Commands' entire training requirements achieving the ability to train 3800 hundred students annually. Managerial expertise in scheduling enabled the course to meet a full course schedule with only 50% of the authorized instructors assigned to the course.• Managed and developed the course budget of 258K annually. Course was fully funded for each fiscal year with no shortfalls.• Managed the development, revision, and control of course control documents i.e. lesson plans, student study guides, workbooks, and slides. Course received zero discrepancies during unit's Unit Compliance Inspection (UCI). Unit received an overall "Excellent" rating for the inspection.• Provided advisory and consulting services on Education, Training and Instructional System Development for 25 courses.
