Lesson plans were produced for both two hour weekly sessions coached, integrating drills that accommodated differing skills and abilities whilst liaising with parents about potential matches being organised and producing a competitive team. A lead role was taken on during lessons and matches using personal experience on team tactics and effective techniques.
