Responsible for originating loans to businesses with revenues between $25MM and $500MM. Loan requests from $3MM to $150MM.

Responsible for attracting and retaining new middle market commercial relationships (defined as $10 million to $1 billion in sales) to Wells Fargo Bank---Carlsbad/Desert RCBO. Territory includes: North San Diego County, Riverside County and Imperial County. Originated and underwrote loan facilities up to $150 million. Loan types are: syndications & participations, investor and owner occupied real estate transactions, revolvers, guidance lines and equipment term loans. Managed a team within the RCBO focusing on growing our customer base, and helping other team members reach their potential within their respective positions.
