Working in a team as Supervision Consultant to ensure appropriate Work Zone Traffic Management solutions to support the construction of major Highway Projects, Coordinating Construction and Opening of temporary roads, Traffic Diversion Safety Management, delivery of Road Safety Audits and undertake technical design/reviews of Road/Junction Design/Signage/Site Management to identify improvements and prevent incidents during construction. Responsible for Traffic Safety objectives across all assigned highway projects.Input currently requires giving sound road safety and technical advice on behalf of the client on construction and traffic/road safety related issues as directed. The role also encompasses duties across other disciplines such as Design Coordinator, Construction Health & Safety compliance / Highway Inspections and HSES Audits.

• Track record in assisting multi office locations offering design advice in traffic / highway/ road safety engineering. • Capacity Building, mentoring and motivating assigned engineers to work effectively in a cross functional team. • Project Management experience and reporting progress in specialist disciplines to Senior Officers

Road Safety Management in urban and rural areas (managing annual Road Safety Plans for single site and mass action treatment), Road Safety Data Management (classifying and reporting trends), Scheme Identification Studies (part of a rolling programme, Traffic Engineering works (assessment, design and construction), Design of Traffic Management devices to assist roadworks, Design and Consultation of Area Traffic Calming, Design of Traffic Signals and progressing cycling projects (design and construction).
