In my time at Thrifty Car Rental of Spokane I have accepted and excelled at numerous positions within our locally owned company. It started off by getting my hands dirty working part time as a car wash agent and had a knack for getting our cars spotless! I was soon adopted to a full time position and was then transferred to out newly opened car detail shop as I had prior experience with detailing automobiles. All was working great as I love getting a sweat going but I wanted more.The opportunity came to cross train me to work with customers as a car rental agent and I quickly learned to navigate our operating system, facilitate a quick, professional and educational car rental experience for customers, and was trained to offer our comprehensive protection packages to cover the gaps our customers may have during the times of their rental. Upon seeing my aptitude for a customer service and sales based line of work I was quickly promoted to a customer service representative where I have maintained my position and have learned how to excell in customer satisfaction, proper underwriting and risk assessment, obtaining and maintaining accounts, conflict resolutions, communication within multiple departments, teamwork, training, and sales.
