• Provide HR guidance to site leadership on achieving operational objectives while minimizing engagement impacts• Interpret employee engagement data and recommend action items to deliver results• Serve as site Point of Contact for various programs and processes at CLE3.• Complete and report metric gaps on daily and weekly reports regarding attendance, attrition, engagement, labor fill.

• Providing fast and excellent service and ensuring that I guide our teams to the right resources to ensure a quality and timely solution. Provide HR guidance to site leadership on achieving operational objectives while minimizing engagement impacts. • Partner with Area Managers and Operations Managers, Sr. Operations, Human Resources Business Partners during associate-impacting decision making.• Participate in HR investigations and coordinating appeals. Interpret employee engagement data and recommending action items to deliver results. Provide leadership development support to onsite Area Managers, Operations Managers and Sr. Site Managers. Conduct HR Employee Relations/Investigations (Associate Claims, Sexual Harassment, Reasonable Suspicion and theft). • Assist all special accommodations with associates.• Many project ownership's that help influence and shape our Fulfillment Center. • Training new Human Resource Associates including Seasonal Human Resources Assistants.• Assist associates in regards to employee relations, policies.• Generate and Support Human Resources Business Partners with HR department reporting, and analysis of data and operative tasks.• Conduct administration portion of new-hire orientation. Liaison with department managers and security for administration and timekeeping. All other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.• Compiling all new-hire data entering into PeopleSoft.

• Docket Coordinator of the Cleveland Municipal Court D.I.E.T. Program.• Control overall function of the DIET Program. Including budgeting, attendance, certifications, class participation, and filing all paperwork. Conducting background checks on all clients and administering test and scoring all tests.• Inputting and discharging all clients into various data base systems.

• Schedule appointments for probation officer; assist with all probation department needs.

• To maintain complete and accurate electronic journal for all matters heard and decided in Cleveland Municipal Court
